2. Data we collect
When you request a consultation we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, your area of interest and any project details you choose to share. When you subscribe to the Private Market Letter we collect your email address and preferred language.
We also store your language and cookie preferences in your browser. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to provide the advisory services you request, to send the Private Market Letter if you have subscribed, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks required for real estate transactions.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (newsletter, consultation request), the steps necessary before entering into a contract with you, our legitimate interest in managing client relationships, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
Where required to deliver our services, and only with your agreement, we may share relevant information with trusted professionals such as notaries, lawyers, architects or property managers. These parties are bound by confidentiality. We also rely on secure technical service providers to host this website and its data.
Where data is transferred outside Morocco, we take appropriate safeguards in line with applicable law.
6. Retention
Consultation requests are kept for up to three years after our last contact, unless a client relationship requires longer retention. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Records required by law are kept for the statutory period.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@atlaskenzgroup.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) in Morocco, or with your local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
